ADMINISTRATIONS MC. recognizes that the legislation has more than
enough protection of personal data (Organic Law 5/92 and art. 197 of
the New Penal Code) it establishes a series of obligations in the
treatment of data of personal character, among those that it
highlights the prohibition of carrying out surrenders of data of
personal character without the corresponding authorization of the
holder of the personal data.
